This is my first detailed dividend income report. I hope this report helps me to track my progress toward my short-term and long-term goals, and provides inspiration to new investors (you and me as well) to start dividend investing to reach their financial freedom.
June was a wonderful month for dividends. I received $411.84 dividend income during the last month which is 190.21% higher than the dividend income I received in June 2013.
Summing up all the dividends I received throughout the year, I came up with $1783.32. One of my short-term goals is to receive $3500 dividend income during the year of 2014. So far, I achieved 50.95% of the goal. I hope I will exceed this goal because there are some nice dividend increases ahead in my portfolio.

Projected passive income
My projected passive dividend income is currently at $3460 per year, increased by $3 from last month. There were no major purchases or changes in my dividend portfolios. I just used a small portion my dividend to buy two ETFs (XTR and IDV) in my registered accounts.One of my long-term goals is to generate $25 000 per year passive income from dividends/distributions in 10 years. I achieved 13.84% of this goal.

Hi,I have about $10K sitting in a money mkraet fund at RBC and i am trying to find a good way to invest in my RRSP I love dividends and already DRIP through a transfer agent but don’t want the hassle of doing that every month through my RRSP I want it to be very easy! I am in my early 40 s and lost alot in 2008 and now my bond has matured and I want to put it into something that will grow. I have looked at various options but am very confused any advise?
