As you might have noticed, I did not post last two dividend income reports as I was extremely busy with our new born baby boy.
He is keeping us happy and busy as well 😀 . Nowadays I am spending more of my spare time with him. It is totally a different feeling.
Last month, March 2015, my dividend income surpassed the $500 per month in first time and broke my own record – yes, I received $510.16 dividend from my investment portfolios.
How amazing it is! $510.16 income is real money and pure passive income as I didn’t do anything to receive, but investing in high quality stocks.
Imagine how amazing when you receive multiple pay checks in a month from more than 30 different companies. This is what I am getting now.
The dividend income I received in March 2015 is 31% high than same period last year – $389.42 for March 2014.
Summing up all the dividends I received in 2015, I came up with $1011.77. One of my short-term goals is to receive at least $5000 dividend income during the year of 2015. So far, I achieved 20.23% of the goal.
We can do lots of things with this money – I could go for a small vacation, buy TV, high end cloths or any scrappy items that we don’t use 😀 .
But, I just reinvested and purchased more high quality stocks. This move brings us one step close to our financial freedom goal.

Projected passive income
For those new to this site, the projected passive income is the income I estimated to receive in a year based on my current investments holding and their distribution rate.
My projected passive income is currently at $5034.73, increased by $30 from my last update.
One of my long-term goals is receive $25000 dividend income from investment portfolios. I have achieved 20.13% of my goal.
I am very happy with my results and achievements so far. I hope I am moving in the right direction toward my financial goals.
